The rules governing use of LiminalTripLand
Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. They are written to be readable, not to obscure your rights.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using LiminalTripLand (liminaltrip.land), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
2. Who can use this platform
You must be 18 or older to use LiminalTripLand. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we reasonably believe belong to minors.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately via the forum or a moderator.
4. What you can post
You may share harm reduction information, personal experience, questions, resources, and discussion relevant to the community. All content must comply with the Community Guidelines. You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant LiminalTripLand a licence to display that content on the platform.
5. What you cannot post
You may not post: sourcing information for controlled substances, content involving minors in any sexual or harmful context, personal information of others without their consent, malware or malicious links, content intended to deceive or defraud, or any content that violates applicable law. Violations result in immediate account termination.
6. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content, issue warnings, restrict access, or ban accounts at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to explain moderation decisions but are not obligated to do so. Ban appeals can be raised by contacting the moderation team.
7. Harm reduction disclaimer
Content on this platform is for informational and harm reduction purposes only. Nothing here constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice. We do not encourage illegal activity. You are solely responsible for your own choices and actions. If you or someone else is in danger, seek emergency services immediately.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available but we make no guarantees of uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or take the platform offline without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
LiminalTripLand is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to harm caused by acting on information shared by community members. Use your judgement, do your own research, and when in doubt consult a professional.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
